This is a consultation for Companies and Brands to understand and build a solid Strategy in social media.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise where clients need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our business. Standard Appointments & Meetings For cancellations made more than 3 business days in advance, there is no penalty. For cancellations made 2-3 business days in advance, the client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 2 business days in advance, the client will be charged the full fee for the scheduled time. Major Project Kickoff Meetings For cancellations made more than 5 business days in advance, there is no penalty. For cancellations made 4-5 business days in advance, the client will be charged 50% of the meeting fee. For cancellations made less than 4 business days in advance, the client will be charged the full fee. Extenuating Circumstances We understand emergencies do occur. If cancelling with less notice than outlined above, please contact us immediately. We may waive fees at our discretion depending on the situation. Rescheduling Clients can reschedule cancelled appointments once without penalty as long as the new date allows us to fill the open time. Additional rescheduling may incur fees. This policy aims to be fair to all parties while also allowing flexibility for unexpected situations that are outside anyone's control. Please contact us directly if you have any other questions!
